Refund policy

Valid from 29 May 2026 – until further notice.
This policy applies to all orders on quoala.ch and to deliveries within Switzerland.

1. Shipping Overview

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland via Swiss Post – reliable, fast and climate-aware. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Swiss Post Economy

Price: CHF 8.50

Delivery time: 1–2 business days (incl. tracking)

Swiss Post Priority

Price: CHF 10.50

Delivery time: 1 business day (incl. tracking)

Free shipping applies to all orders over CHF 75 (based on the value of goods, excluding shipping costs).

2. Returns & Conditions

We stand behind every product — that's why returns are free. On request, we'll send you a return label by email.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
  • They must be registered within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and undamaged.
  • Returns must be made in the original packaging.
In the spirit of mindful, resource-friendly consumption, we kindly ask that discounted items be returned only in the case of genuine defects.

3. Product Guarantee

We provide a 3-month guarantee on all our products under normal and proper use.
If a product shows a defect within this period, we will replace it or offer an appropriate solution. Products showing signs of improper use, incorrect handling or wilful damage are excluded from the guarantee.
This policy complies with Swiss law, in particular the provisions of the Code of Obligations (Art. 197–210) regarding defects in sales contracts.

4. Shipping Responsibility & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to Swiss Post, QUOALA is not liable for delays, loss or damage during transport.
Should your order nevertheless arrive damaged or not be delivered, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and work with you towards a fair solution.

5. Initiating a Return

Step 1: Get in touch

To start a return, please send an email to contact@quoala.ch with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return or replacement
We will review your request as quickly as possible and send you further instructions – including a free return label.
