All orders are shipped with a reliable carrier (usually Swiss Post), including tracking and CO₂ offsetting.
3. Processing Time & Delays
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Unforeseen delays (e.g. due to weather events or high parcel volumes) are beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery online at any time.
5. Address Issues & Non-Delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we reserve the right to charge you for re-shipping.
6. Transfer of Risk (Loss & Transport Damage)
Once the ordered goods are handed over to the carrier, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you. Should a parcel be damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution together with the carrier.
