Pedicure Foot Files

Pedicure foot file in FSC wood with replaceable 3M abrasive pads (zirconia alumina) and dual grit 100/150 – reduce first, then smooth. Precise, long-lasting, hygienic.

Why 3M abrasive pads instead of pumice or a metal rasp

The QUOALA foot file works with industrial abrasive pads by 3M (made in Germany) in zirconia alumina – the same grain used in trades for hard surfaces. It stays sharp for a long time, clogs less than pumice and removes callus more evenly than a metal rasp, which easily cuts too deep. The pads are replaceable: you replace the pad, not the tool. The FSC wood handle sits securely in the hand, even with damp hands.

Two grits, one order

The coarse side (grit 100) reduces thickened callus on heel and ball. The fine side (150) then smooths the surface. Always coarse first, then fine – and in strokes, not circles. A few strokes are enough; the skin should become smooth, not thin.

Dry or after a foot bath?

Both work. Dry, the removal is easier to control; after a short foot bath it goes faster. Rinse the feet afterwards and moisturise. With diabetes, circulatory problems or skin conditions on the feet, callus care belongs in professional hands. More help choosing: FAQ & advice.
