How do I hold the brush if my hands are full of oil or soap?

How do I clean the brush after using it in the workshop?

Rinse them thoroughly with warm water and place them upright in a dry place. Caution: Strong chemical solvents attack natural bristles more quickly than plastic.

Why are the hog bristles cut so extremely short?

Due to the very short cut, the bristles lose their flexibility and become extremely stiff. This creates massive resistance that mercilessly scrapes grease and oil out of the hand grooves.

Will this brush scratch my hands like cheap plastic brushes?

No. That's the great advantage of natural bristles: although they clean extremely effectively due to their short cut, they do not cut the sensitive skin surface like sharp nylon fibers.

Natural cleaning power: why pig bristles?

Unlike the firm, vegan tampico version, this brush is medium. Pig bristle is tapered with a soft tip: cut short, it brings pressure against oil, grease and soil, while the tip stays yielding.
